Hello! Its been a while since I last blogged. With job hunting full-time I’ve not felt like blogging much recently & my blogging mojo well and truly disappeared. But after a short hiatus, I’m back with a few of my June favourites!
My Favourite Asos Outfit
I’ve been wearing this outfit on repeat in recent weeks. Asos is one of my favourite places to shop & so it’s not surprising this outfit is made up of head to toe Asos pieces!
It has been the perfect ‘go to’ for several evenings out, meals or even worn on a recent trip to the cinema! I was initially worried I wouldn’t get enough wear out of this and considered returning it (gasp) but little did I know it would become one of my most worn pieces.
I’m in love with this Asos Sequinned Cami as it is the perfect balance between dressed up casual & full on glam for an evening out. I don’t know how my wardrobe went so long without it. As since purchasing it, I’ve honestly styled it with a denim skirt & trainers, an army jacket & leather look leggings and worn several times in recent weeks as the ensemble below.
My favourite laid back glam look features my fave spaghetti strapped, sequinned number teamed with my trusty Asos Ridley Jeans,(which I own in a good 4 different colours), my favourite Asos Ryder Ankle Boots & a pair of retro style Jeepers Peepers Sunglasses. For saying I originally bought it as a one-off top to wear at a festival, this top has been styled up in so many different ways. I thoroughly recommend you treat yo’self to some sequins if you’re wardrobe is still lacking a little somethin’ somethin’.
The Boots Bargain Skincare Range
I wanted to share my love for the Boots Simply Sensitive skincare range. When I ran out of my trusty Elizabeth Arden 8 hour moisturiser a couple of month’s ago, I set out to find a budget-friendly alternative suitable for sensitive skin to see me through my income free period.
With all the items in the range just £1.99, I was sold on the price! And I’m sold on the products too, I’ve been using their simply sensitive SPF 15 day moisturiser, eye-make up removal lotion & the cleansing lotion for a few month’s now and I would definitely recommend using them if you have sensitive skin.
Oasis Clothing (Spring/Summer)
Another store I’m really loving right now is Oasis, as they have some fab items in stock for Spring/Summer. Bold, floral prints, stripes and bright pops of colour all make an appearance, I’ve rounded up my favourite work/ casual pieces below.
Neon Bird Print Dress / Embroidered Collar Shirt / Leather Cross-body Clutch Bag
Ticking Stripe Tie Front Tee / Colour Pop Jacket/ Ruffle Pencil Skirt
Stripe Lace Top / Rose Halter Bardot Top / Stripe Paperbag Skirt / Rose Placement Shirt
The H&M Home Bits & Bobs
On the home front, H&M is killin’ it! I literally love everything in their home section right now. They are one of my favourite go-to’s for affordable, budget-friendly homeware, as there is always a few stand out bits that catch my eye (typically gold, & ones that also look wayyy more expensive that they actually are, winner!)
Metal Shell Vase / Round Glass Vase / Metal Storage Box / Metal Salad Servers / Metal Plant Pot
I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my June favourites blog post. What have you been loving this month? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading.
